The war at home

(Ed. note: Lucia Graziano. The responsible party for Natalie's Telegrams, as it was she who placed the book into my hands. Her family moved to my small town in New York from Beverly Hills when we were in seventh grade, thereby allowing Lucia to single-handedly up the fashion stakes in junior high. Luc is now sort of the historian for our clique of girlfriends dating back to junior high, while still decrying our utter provincialness. She writes witty little bios about us from time to time, and they get forwarded all over the planet. To wit:

6. Sara Anne Astruc
Sara was the 1st person I ever smoked pot with (imagine that!). That night I drank a 1/2 bottle of rum and she drank 1/2 a bottle of scotch, we went into her closet, because we were afraid someone would smell the pot, and smoked what looked like 1/2 a roach, I swear there was nothing left, I don't even think we got high, but we thought we did, so we danced and jumped on her bed to Madonna's, "Burning Up" and Toni Basil's, "Oh Mickey" (I know, scary.). She is about my height, with messy strawberry hair and black eyes. She can make idiots feel stupid without saying a word. She is mature & bright, beyond her years, classic and timeless. We were in awe, because she was living like a 30yr old when we we're only 15. But that's what you love about her, she's always Sara, hasn't changed a bit and I'm glad.

Ok, so I am hearing through the grapevine that no one has arranged a pre-reunion party........must I do everything myself .....sigh ( even from 3K miles away)

I heard Claire Faye had volunteered to host? Gillet, can you find out for me?

I insist that you all get together before hand - you MUST walk in as a group and you MUST take photographs. You can mail them to me and I will put them in a Kodak album and email them out to all of us.

And remember: heels make everyone taller & thinner, you can never go wrong w/ a snug, little black dress ( must fit well & be sexy or u look like ur going to a funeral), please wear diamond earrings, splurge & get ur hair done ( u deserve it) and remember: lipstick, lipstick, lipstick esp. when in a dimly lit room - show them that our little group as still got "IT" and that we're still HOT! And most importantly - Have fun!!!! ( and get me gossip, he, he,he)
