Road trip.

I'm driving to Florida to hang out with Nan and my step-daddy for awhile. I'd originally planned a southern route, but it's so much faster to shoot through Idaho and then south through Kansas. I have concerns about Weather, but the worst thing that could happen is having to hole up for a few days along the way. The forecast is clear, in any event. Bought new jumper cables and de-icer today.

Nan is having surgery in New York in early March. I'd like to make it to the east coast before she goes in. I'm happy to be spending my 39th birthday on the road. Driving a Jag through Montana at 100 miles per hour? I can't think of anything I'd rather be doing.
